DESCRIPTION
Most kitchens run two boards: one for the chicken, one for everything else, and both end up in the sink. This is one board with a dedicated surface on each face, a groove that catches the runoff, and a grinder built into the corner.
BENEFITS
A surface for each job — 304 stainless on one face for raw and cooked meat, high-strength PP on the other for fruit and vegetables.
Catches the juice — a channel around the edge takes the liquid off the board instead of onto the counter.
Garlic grinder built in — a textured section for garlic and ginger, so that is one fewer gadget in the drawer.
Rinses clean — most residue comes off under the tap without scrubbing at it.
