Processing time

We process your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the moment you order.

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

How we ship

Every order ships fully tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours, so you can follow your lamp all the way to your door.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Customs, duties and taxes

All listed prices include applicable taxes. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Where does my order come from?

We work with international fulfilment partners to bring you well-made pieces at a fair price. Your order is dispatched directly from our fulfilment network, and returns are handled through our US returns facility in Miami, Florida.
