Payment security

We keep order data for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie data expires after 12 months.
Marketing communications
You only receive marketing emails from us if you've opted in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no questions asked. Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates) are always sent, as they're part of fulfilling your purchase.
Third-party services
Doctor Lamp runs on Shopify. To fulfil your order and communicate with you, we may share your data with our payment processors, shipping partners and email tools — only what they need to do their job, nothing more.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers operate in other countries. Whenever your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
